Delivery & Returns
Pro-Am Kits are committed to providing an exceptional service and depending on your requirements expected delivery times will be quoted. Our in stock products and garments we aim to be delivered within 48 hours of the order placement. Bulk orders, online club and college shop orders shall be processed with our supplier and expected delivery times shall be communicated with each customer. Our aims are to get customised orders to you within 20 working days from placement of the order. However, this is only an estimation and during busy periods our order processing make take longer.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with any of your purchases from Pro-Am Kits, you may return them to us provided it has not been worn in any way and it is sent back within 21 days of purchase and in its original packaging. If a returned item fails to meet one of these requirements Pro-Am Kits cannot accept the item back.
Bespoke garments, such as those containing embroidered badges and logos, or printed vinyl are non-returnable/refundable.
Shortages or missing items as part of an order need to be reported to Pro-Am Kits within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Failure to do so will mean Pro-Am Kits are unable to replace or refund the missing items.
Any postage or carriage required to return the item is regrettably non refundable.
If when you receive your products you find you have ordered incorrect sizes you may return the items at your expense and exchange them for different sizes. The cost for the exchange is £3.50 which is to cover the additional shipping costs for us to send the exchange back to you.
